There's a lot of power in the phrase "so what?"

Whether you're building out funnels, marketing assets, pitch decks, or even developing features in your app, asking this question can unlock a lot.

In this week's video, we dive into 3 quick tips on how to maximize "so what," plus a few other little nuggets.

Remote Golf Coaching Accelerator

We’re nearing the public launch.

During the BETA phase, the results have been incredible. One pair of coaches began generating revenue before our first live call, and within 30 days, they sold their highest-ticket remote offer ever.

Insights from this week’s founder 1:1 coaching calls

📊 On doing things that don't scale: "Often you're going to do things that aren't scalable or repeatable in the early days of your business. We can hack conversions early. I'm not saying we shouldn't. But we have to understand some of the false positives that come with that."

Do everything in the early days to grow. Just make sure your metrics are tracking the right things.

🙋‍♂️ On having board voting power: "Your votes mean nothing if you have no capital."

Even if you can outvote other folks on the board, if you run out of capital, you're gonna get forced into some tough decisions.

🏰 On the data moat: "It's not features for features' sake. It's actual data collection. The more data, the better for the story."

Depending on the core value prop of your app - collecting data around how your users are interacting with your feature set and presenting that back to them can be the most important part.

GOLFHACKZ Insider

This past week we onboarded a new virtual assistant to help us scale content production across multiple channels and accounts.

Next week, I’ll share some of the onboarding documentation we’ve built in Notion over the last few months. Might be helpful if you’re trying to scale your content with outsourced help too.

In the background, we’ve been recording podcasts. As of this week, we have 4 in the can, ready to publish later this month.

We’re also finalizing some lead magnets and our newsletter inside Beehiiv, which is the same tool I’m using for scale.

More to come. Keep an eye on my socials. I’m sharing more videos every day on building in public, plus other quick tips.

The Content Machine Playbook

If you've spent any time on LinkedIn, or subscribed to a few of the newsletters I have, you've noticed something. Everyone is sounding the same.

Everyone's using Claude or some other AI tool, not just to edit, but to think and write for them. And every time this happens, they're losing credibility. For me, they lose my follow. I immediately unsubscribe.

I'm not shy to use AI, but I want to make sure everything starts with me. Claude and other tools are superpowers to edit, not to create.

I want to use AI to accelerate, not corrupt the message.

I put together a playbook that I'm continually refining. All I ask is that you share scale.golf with a buddy if you’re finding it helpful.

From there I'll shoot the Playbook over as a thank you.

Keep fighting the good fight. See ya next week 👊
