One of my biggest regrets

One of my biggest regrets in building Edufii, which later became CoachNow, is that I never documented the journey well. I was lucky to have good people around me who captured some great moments, but a lot of the lessons got lost, especially what I was feeling and thinking in real time.

Since exiting CoachNow in 2025, I’ve admired the people who build in public. I’ve also wondered how anyone does that while actually building, because most of what I see on LinkedIn feels like performative theater rather than running a business.

Rather than let that bias win, I decided to record a video each week on what I’m learning and building.

I won’t share every video in every newsletter, but I wanted you to see the first one so you know what to expect.

I also launched a new YouTube channel to house this series plus other founder content. As I left CoachNow I wasn’t 100% in my direction so my socials/Youtube have been unfocused.

I’m now seeing growth across new accounts that are more dialed in. Admittedly though, I expect this one will be a slow burner for a while.
